Parents To Take Care Of

  1. Enquire about your child’s academic status every week from the concerned teachers.
  2. If your child is suffering from any aliments (medical problem), disease or any other problem then kindly inform the class teachers and submit the photo copy of the child’s medical record.
  3. Kindly do not discuss about the child’s teachers in front of him/her. It arouses negative feelings against the teachers.
  4. The children do not come to school with mobile phones, expensive jewellery, watches, fancy hair bands/clips, audio/video games, pen drives or inappropriate reading material as they will be confiscated.
  5. The children do not carry any money to school, unless accompanied by a letter.
  6. If a child remains absent on exam days, test will not be conducted again. He/ She will be marked absent on the report card if no medical leave is submitted. No leave will be granted to students on assessment days.
  7. Please ensure that your ward has a glass of milk and biscuits in the morning so that he/she doesn’t come to school in empty stomach. Do not send your child to school if he/she complains of stomach ache or nausea or feels feverish.
  8. If your child is absent then you will have to get his work completed, it is not the responsibility of the school/teacher to get his incomplete work done.
  9. If your ward remains absent for more than 7 days without any prior information his/her name shall be struck off the rolls.
  10. Do not allow your child to carry plastic bottles to school as it is very un-hygienic. Send proper water bottle.

Parents As Partners In Education

  1. Help your child to make new books as their friends. Read to your child colourful picture books, advertisements from newspapers and later on newspaper headlines.
  2. Spend at least 10 to 20 minutes every night with your older ones to inculcate a habit of reading before the go to sleep. You can also be a reading partner especially when they get their library books for reading during the week and also inculcate the habit of not spoiling or tearing it.

Students’ Duty

  1. Respect all fellow members.
  2. Not to indulge in any of the following
    • Damaging school property.
    • Use of inappropriate language.
    • Violence or aggression.
    • Rowdyism, rude behaviour & bullying.
    • Smoking or any form of gambling.
    • Use of drugs or intoxicants.
    • Casteism & communalism
